That same day, two of Jesus' followers were walking to a town called Emmaus. They were sad and confused.
A stranger walked with them and explained all the parts of the Bible that talked about Jesus. It was Jesus, but they didn't know it was Him!
At dinner, He broke the bread, and suddenly they recognized Him! Then He disappeared. They ran all the way back to Jerusalem to tell everyone.
