Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Lantern Path LLC ("we", "us") for using the Lantern Trail website and app. By creating an account or using Lantern Trail, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for how the children in your home use it.
• Keep your password private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
• One plan covers the children living in your home.

Plans, the free trial and automatic renewal

• Plans: $39 per year or $5.99 per month, plus any sales tax. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Free trial: 14 days. A card is required to start. We show the date you'll be charged before you begin and email you 3 days before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
• Automatic renewal: your plan renews and charges the card on file at the start of each month or year until you cancel.
• Canceling: one click in Account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies. You can cancel before it does.
• Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow Apple's or Google's billing and cancellation rules.

Gifts

A gift covers one year for one family. It starts when the recipient redeems it, doesn't renew on its own, and asks the recipient for no card. Unredeemed gift codes don't expire.

Church codes

A church or ministry may give families access with a code. Those families use Lantern Trail under these terms. The church's own agreement with us covers billing, the number of families and how long the code lasts. If a church code ends, those families can keep going by starting their own plan.

Our content

The stories, pictures, audio, games and app are owned by Lantern Path LLC and protected by copyright. You may use them for your family, and print the reading plan and printables for your home, classroom or church. Please don't copy, resell or republish them.

Using Lantern Trail kindly

Don't try to break, copy or overload the service, access other families' accounts, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The legal basics

• Lantern Trail is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free.
• To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
• We may update these terms. For big changes, we'll email you before they take effect.
