An angel came and said, “The LORD is with you, mighty warrior!” Gideon thought, “Who, me? I'm the smallest one in my family!”
Gideon asked God for a sign. He put wool on the ground. “Make the wool wet and the ground dry.” God did! Then the opposite! Gideon knew God was with him.
