Refund Policy

If Lantern Trail isn't right for your family, we want to make it easy to leave. Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll take care of it within 2 business days.

Plan	Our promise
Free trial	Cancel any time in the first 14 days and you're never charged
Forgot to cancel the trial	Ask within 7 days of the first charge for a full refund
Yearly ($39)	Full refund within 30 days of any yearly charge, renewals included
Monthly ($5.99)	Cancel any time to stop future charges. We'll refund the latest month if you ask within 7 days of it
Gift ($39)	Full refund to the giver before the gift is redeemed, or within 30 days after
Church plans	Covered by the church's agreement with us
App Store or Google Play	Refunds go through Apple or Google, using their request pages. We can't issue those ourselves

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the plan ends right away.
